Today went job hunting. i applied online at guitar center then took a trip there to introduce myself. i hung out there for a while got to know some of the employees and met the manager.
the manager was not very friendly though he actually refused to shake my hand. anyways he said they are hiring and there are good benefits for working there, so be praying that i get the job.

The only reason why I don't shake people's hands is because of equal housing... I am allowed to shake them if they offer their hand first. That guy just thinks he is too cool for school I guess. He is intimidated by your talent.
If there was a tube amp heaven, it would look like that. I'll be praying for you. Take it easy.
I worked in retail for years, and I have to tell you there is a good reason some people don't shake hands. The retail employee stands in the store watching as the people walk in scratching and picking everyt... well anyway, you get my point. Those are the people that without fail extend their hands to you. Now, I'm sure you weren't doing any of that, but I know after a while, I stopped shaking hands unless I couldn't get out of it.
Outright refusing to shake the hands of an applicant is pretty odd, though.
